The Malta Model United Nations Society has been organising Malta\u2019s only national Model United Nations conference, a simulation of the UN\u2019s working bodies, since 2015. Motivated by our passion for international politics and our commitment to engage young people, locally and internationally, in discussions on current global issues.

This is our second year in a row that we are organising our conference following the pandemic which altered our lives so drastically. Our conference will be exclusively held<\/strong> in Malta’s stunning capital city, Valletta<\/strong>, which is also a UNESCO World Heritage site. <\/p>\n\n\n\n We are proud to announce to this year\u2019s theme \u2013 Concrete Commitments: From Policy to Practice!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n We decided to focus this year\u2019s conference theme on the idea of linking theories and talks with critical thinking and concrete action. Whilst we believe diplomacy is the only way forward, current pressing issues require more than mere talks and policy documents. Throughout our conference, we wish to encourage young minds to bring forward fresh and innovative ideas and solutions, inspire them to exercise their intellectual curiosity and critical thinking skills, to foster the world\u2019s future leaders.
