Notice of AGM and Appointment of Electoral Commission
The MaltMUN Society would like to invite its members to the AGM taking place on the 17th of December at 9am, at the KSU-PwC Common Room at the University of Malta.
During the AGM we will be able to look back at all the events organised throughout the year, and vote on the new MaltMUN Executive Committee.
Call for Amendments
The first part of the AGM will be designated for the proposition of amendments to the current statute. Motions to be discussed during the AGM are to be sent via email to this email address (maltmunsociety@gmail.com) by the 9th December 2023 at 23:59pm.
Call for MaltMUN Executive Committee Candidates
All those interested in being candidates within the AGM should fill in this form (https://forms.gle/TnCFH5EJREynMT6U7) to formalise their candidature. The nomination must be seconded by two paid up members present at the AGM. Applications for MaltMUN Executive candidates will not be accepted if sent after the 8th December 2023 at 23:59pm.
Following a decision taken by the Executive Committee on the 14th of November 2023, MaltMUN has appointed the following persons to form part of the Electoral Commission for the upcoming AGM:

- Gianluca Vella
